Policies

Guests must be in Transit to access the property. Upon arrival, please do not pass through Immigration and Customs or exit the Terminal. BRBR Guests have no access to and cannot retrieve their checked in luggage while staying in the property. BRBR guests arriving to the Dubai International Airport from Dubai City, must be checked in to a flight to access the property. BRBR If guests are arriving to Terminal 2, we request that they do not exit the Terminal and pass through Passport Control (Immigration and Customs). Guests will have to go to the Transfer Desk and use the free inter-terminal shuttle bus to gain access to Concourses A, B or C. BRBR Property reception can be found at concourse A, B, and C. BRBR Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in. BRBR Children under 12 years of age stay free with an accompanied adult using existing bedding (we can accommodate a maximum of 2 Adults and 1 Child per room). BRBR An Extra bed or Extra adult is charged at AED 110 with maximum set up of 1 Extra bed per room. BRBR Baby Cots (for children 2 years old and below) are available without any extra charge but are subject to availability. As per a new international law, the property can no longer provide blankets, bumpers or pillows along with Baby Cots. BRBR Check Out time is based on the actual check in time. A Maximum 24 hours stay duration is applicable per one night reservation made. br/ Guests staying in the Executive Floor can access the exclusive non-smoking lounge that offers: BR• A complimentary choice of either A’ la Carte or Buffet Breakfast from 05:30 AM to 10:30 AM daily BR• Tea, coffee and fresh juices throughout the day BR• Complimentary evening snacks from 07:00 PM to 10:00 PM BR• 25% discount off the total bill when using the Executive Advantage Card at the lounge br/ • Room Service – Concourse B – Due to the kitchen refurbishment at concourse B the room service (food only) is closed until further notice.
