  : I booked at capital and paid however the room was not available and they had to shift me to another building next to.it and I agreed as I had no time to look for another property. I was moved to avanti and the studio was not ready curtains not well hanged and washroom not ready. Kitchen lacking pot hygiene and I asked for replacement. You have to walk to go to the gym and sauna steam. It is ok if it is winter but in summer you can't walk 5 min under 50 degrees in dubai!. The reservation team and communicators are very unorganized and unprofessional. I asked for extension a week after my stay as I had no time to look for something else and they replied after almost 20 days saying they don't have availability. Then a guy from the reservation called 1 day before my Check out offering extension. Lack of team work is very obvious.there were nobody assisting me for checkout and I have sent an email saying that I left the keys in the room and the security asked to have the keys. However nobody replied to the email! Very poor. Not recommended. Security snd concierge of the building are nice and welcoming and very helpful as well as Mr elishapan. The rest of the team should be fired.

  : The chinese receptionist who worked at the reception did communicate with my friend properly..latter was staying in a room for Ezytrac.. she havent mentioned that the company sent a mail so that he can be given an accomodation. He had to sleep on the floor in my appartment with his wife. The security also was very rude! Need to review their customer service

  : First of all there was mismanagement. Neither it was written anywhere nor anyone told me in advance that they would require an advance payment of 1000 AED. When i reached there they told me that you require to deposit 1000 AED prior to check in. This was very disappointing. The balcony was not clean in the apartment. The wash room water flow system was substandard.

  : when I arrived to Dubai I have been given a horrible customer service. my friend that has arrived earlier wanted to check into the property which they said was okay. I have been contacted by the property earlier and they said it was okay for my friend to check in first and that all the payment has been settled. as I arrive from the airport Im asked about apartment number which I dont know as Im not checked in yet. Im told that unfortunately they cant help me so I ask if Im at the right place to what I dont get a reply. I go back to my cab and end up driving around Dubai for 2 hours looking for an hotel that doesnt exist. I end up going back to the same hotel and than the cab driver decides to go with me and after 20 min of conversation the receptionist decides to call the guy from Staycea who comes to tell me I need to pay over 200 deposit which was all the money I have taken with me and I was not told about any deposit before hand even though I was contacted by the staff and they said everything is paid for. My friend has than arrived who had to go to another hotel to leave her stuff as they have made her wait for 7 hours without any internet connection to contact anyone. the staff were very unprofessional and rude and unhelpful to the point where I was so upset and started shaking and having a panic attack as I thought Im going to have to sleep on the street and they didnt even do anything. this has made my experience very stressful as I paid all my money and had to borrow from people just to about get through my stay. this has been very stressful and unpleasant experience and I will never choose to stay there again and it made a very bad impression
