Policies

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children from 7 years old to 12 years old stay for AED 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
People 13 years old and over stay for AED 100 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Kindly note that guests under the age of 18 years will not be permitted to check-in unless accompanied by an adult.

Guests are required to present a valid UAE ID or passport and the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in at the hotel. A credit card or a cash amount is also required to cover incidentals. For information on third party billing, please contact the hotel prior to arrival.

The maximum amount of children’s cots accommodated in Classic Double or Twin Room and Deluxe Double or Twin Room is 1, and 2 for Executive Suite and Family Suite.

Hotel does not allow different nationality check in the same room unless a marriage certificate is provided as a proof as per the UAE local authorities.

Please note that there is an additional 15 AED tourism fee per bedroom per unit per night payable at the hotel directly.
