Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children ages 1 and older are allowed.
Children from 1 year old to 5 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children from 1 year old to 17 years old stay for AED 300 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People 1 year old and over stay for AED 300 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property may host on-site functions and some rooms may be affected by noise.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of AED 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

For security purposes, guest expecting visitors must register the visitor’s name prior to visitor’s arrival. Visitors must present original valid ID’s for identification purposes. The hotel has the right to deny entry to visitors who fail to comply with hotel’s safety and security procedures.

The hotel reserves its rights to pre-authorize the credit card used for the booking. Guest must present the original physical credit card used at the time of booking, if the credit card belongs to someone else, the guest is required to pay by cash or another credit card.
