  : The property is a mess, when i reached there after a long travel there was no water and when i called the reception to inform them no one helped me and they just bring for me water bottles!! My child was in the bathroom for 4 hours waiting for water to come but there was nothing. I had to take my family at 3:00AM to another hotel and bear extra expenses. Afterwards, i have contacted booking and the hotel, and they refunded only partial of my stay even though I didnt stay there at all. An overall bad experience from staff to hotel management.

  : When we first arrived the room.. The smell of smoking was all over the place it was really bad, I understand I booked a smoking room.. but that shouldn't mean the room doesn't get to be refreshed and cleaned for new guests when they arrive...Nd they said they will send the cleaning service to freshen the place from the smoking smell but during our full stay no one did.Also response from the reception was really slow, had to call more than once and maybe I get action on my request the next day.One more point..They charged me extra nd now I'm waiting for a refund because we ddnt have any breakfast!I like nassima because it's not the first time I stay there.. I visited twice before with friends and I chose it because of its great location and great memories I had.. I hope my feedback would be taken into consideration because I wouldn't want to think of changing where I stay in dubai during my next visit which is very frequent because of these issues.

  : The location was excellent, just right in the heart of the World Trading Centre.The staff were so kind and generous. The team is so wonderful, always there to assist and guide you on different decisions.Thank you Mr Michael for the direction to reach Baniya's square. I managed to visit Deira by myself and other parts of Emirates in just 3 days.
  : Communication about my check in, the Egyptian receptionist didn't understand me at first but later we came to a concencile.
