WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
People 12 years old and over stay for AED 150 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note, for all bookings that require advance payment, a secure link will be sent by the hotel reservations team for credit or debit card payments. Payment is required to be made at the time of booking. Bookings may be cancelled in case of non-payments.

Please note that it is mandatory that all guests physically present an original Passport or Emirates ID upon check-in.

Please note that half-board meal will be dinner (set menu or buffet) depending on the availability . Special brunch, any special occasion dinner/lunch and Iftar is not included in halfboard package. Meal upgrade to Surf & Turf nights in Farriers Restaurant (Saturdays and Sundays) is available at an additional charge and can be paid at the venue.

Half-board rate meal is valid for 1 or 2 adults. An additional charge will apply at the hotel for extra person and children.
