  : The location was great. And the view of old Town and lake is nice. Dubai Mall is close too. A number of eating and touristy places are short taxi ride or metro
  : The apartment was very basic furnished. The quality of linen and bathroom aminities were average. The shower and bathrooms looks old. Kitchen had no water glasses and we had to ask for them. Even parking access we had to ask and was not provided as a standard package.

  : No one there to meet us we had to wait and then cash was asked for which we were not prepared for as travelling and only in Dubai for 2 nights, I expected to use the card used to secure the booking. We had to withdraw from a cash machine this was not made clear at the time.

  : Jafer (owner) is friendly and helpfull Guy . The location is very good , high floor with good view . Flat is well furnished . The only upgrade that someone could wish is view to Burj Khalifa. You can drink a cup of coffee on the sunny balcony enjoying the view . There is a shop in the other tower which is very close .
  : The owen was dirty and main pillows are too hard and high , but you can change them with the smaller decorative ones aside - recommend ! You will have a very good experience as a whole ! The negative review is recomendation to Jafer to pay attention to the kitchen as a whole . This wonderfull flat is not a hotel and someone may wish to cook , if on special diet or dislikes the food in the nearest Mall restaurants . A complimentory bottle of water , some packs of coffee , tea and sugar are the cheapest thing that can put smile on visiters faces . 100% sure that everything will be fine for the next visiters . Enjoy your stay !!!

  : Room is very spacious.
  : The communication was really bad, we asked for an early check in at least a month before our arrival, their answer was we will try our best, however can't garuantee. When I sent the 2nd email for confirmation, they didn't reply. We arrived at the accommodation just before 7am, the reception didn't even know we have a booking. Tried ringing the owner, no answer. End up waited over 5 hours with a 8 month old baby to check in after over 20hours flying. What a disaster! The owner then asked us to provide a copy of ID before check in. Giving we have no internet access and showing the reception our passport is not good enough and reception cannot make photo copy. We will NOT stay with you ever again! Very disappointed!
