WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
This is a licensed holiday home by DTCM. It is not a hotel or Hotel apartment. We require passport copies for each guest at least before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office.

Please note that if your check-in / out timing is between 6:00pm & 6:00 AM, there will be an additional charge of USD 27 or AED 100

Complimentary (Once a week) housekeeping that includes Cleaning, Bed Linen and Towel Change (more if required) at surcharge.
