Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for AED 50 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Please inform Beachfront 1 Bedroom sea view in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
The lead booker must be over the age of 25. The property will contact you once you have made a booking with a copy of their terms and conditions. Guests are required to return a signed copy of this agreement along with a copy of their photo identification, for guest verification within 24 hours of booking.
