  : So I booked this place one day before arrival, was told everything is ok, the check in day at 15:00 h left me in the street saying there s been a misunderstanding and unexpected error like calendar and to expect return of deposit and booking amount back in 14 days.
  : its been 18 days since and still didnt get the refund. total rip off.

  : Main reception, concierge staff were excellent, helpful and knowledgeable, Apartment- Amazing views, Spacious balcony, beautiful bathroom, plenty comfortable seating for your stay, rear access to Marina walk, 5 minute walk to metro station, 10 minute walk to Marina mall
  : No Internet connection for 6 days, several emails, over several days, initially couldn't contact Frank Porter I had to wait till friends arrived at another Frank porter apartment to communicate for me, advice was try this, do that, eventually they sent a technician, who had it working in 10 mins, it cost me dearly to keep in touch with work and family, it did have an impact and disrupted a portion of my holday, no reimbursement offered. Bearing in mind this is a serviced apartment the Kitchen could do with an upgrade, it was very unhygienic and I chose to purchase sanitiser and clean everything before use eg: No sink stopper for doing dishes, cutlery was awful, looked rusting and old, can opener was broken no cutting wheel on it, no fish slice basically all cooking utensils should be replaced, frying pan was unusable, no Teflon coating on the bottom, therefore food just stuck to the metal pan and was ruined, or you had tiny black teflon particles on your food. Cupboard doors and handles were not cleaned, they were sticky with residue. In the bedroom, the roller blind covering the patio window, the chain was missing to roll the blind up or down so therefore you had to hand roll it, but this could only be managed if you were 6ft tall, I found the chain on a shelf in the laundry cupboard. The headboard had damaged to it, not holed through but possible you could injure yourself when changing the bedding. Squeaky bed when turning or getting out of it, the pillows were uncomfortable, the filling resembled chunks of foam, and separated in areas. I have taken photos of all the issues and will send them to Frank Porter.

  : Good location with the direct access to the Marina. Good view from the balcony. Big balcony area.
  : -High level of humidity inside the apartment. Air conditioner doesn't help. Get ready to sleep on wet sheets and under a wet blanket. It was end of September. - The deposit was not returen in time. I lost lot of time to get it back. Many messages to Owner and Booking supply service were sent.
