According to Al Nakheel rules and regulations, this property accepts families only and has the right to refuse group of friends and does not accept bookings for parties, wedding receptions, caterers, photographers, deliveries or any similar events.
The property has a maximum capacity of 14 persons and requires passport copies for each guest including visitors at least 24 hours before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the Al Nakheel community security office. If we don’t receive passport copies before this period we cannot guarantee the check-in. No additional visitors or guests will be permitted in addition to the passports received.
